Bentall Dental values your trust and loyalty for our practice, and we deeply appreciate it when people pay us the highest compliment by referring friends and family to become patients.
So, we’re pleased to show our appreciation by giving you a $50 gift card* (valid at 1000s of stores) for each referral of someone who becomes a patient by attending a new patient exam and hygiene appointment.
Refer two (2) new patients in a 6-month period and we’ll give you a $50 gift card plus a bonus $50 gift card for the second new patient (total of $100 for the second new patient in 6-months).
* Terms and conditions:
To receive the referral gift card, the referred person must book and attend a new patient exam and hygiene appointment. Bentall Dental reserves the right to provide an alternative valued gift card of $10 if the referred patient attends for less than a full new patient exam and hygiene appointment. For questions regarding the referral gift program, please contact our office manager. This offer is open to anyone, patient or non-patient, and family members may also refer additional family members.
